About Morelo motorhomes

Founded in 2010 by Jochen Reimann and Reinhard Löhner, Morelo emerged from a desire to redefine the luxury motorhome segment. The company name is a portmanteau derived from the founders' names (MOrelo: MOre, REimann, LÖhner). Based in the Upper Franconian town of Schlüsselfeld, Germany, the brand quickly scaled its operations, opening a state-of-the-art production facility to meet the demand for high-specification 'liners'. Within its first decade, Morelo expanded significantly, consistently increasing its production capacity and staff numbers to keep pace with its growing presence in the European market. Key milestones include the development of the Empire Liner and the Grand Empire models, which solidified the brand's position in the heavy-duty, luxury class. Today, Morelo is part of the Knaus Tabbert group, though it maintains its distinct brand identity and manufacturing site. It stands as an authoritative figure in the luxury motorhome industry, represented by a network of specialist dealers across Europe and the UK, catering to an audience that prioritises technical excellence and expansive living spaces.
